Service Commitment:
I. Construction Plan: Provide detailed construction drawings and specifications. Professional engineers will provide on-site guidance to ensure the smooth progress and quality of the warehouse construction. Before leaving the factory, the racking will undergo quality inspection by professional engineers. We will assist the client in adjusting the construction plan during the process.
II. Quality Assurance and Acceptance: The manufacturer will provide samples for the client to accept based on the sample standards and technical parameters.
III. After-sales Service: The shelf has a maintenance period of 2 years (excluding damage caused by human factors or overloading) and a warranty period of 20 years. Upon receiving customer notifications regarding replenishment, technical questions, or quality issues, we guarantee a written response within 12 hours and will dispatch technical personnel to the site as needed.
We guarantee replenishment within the time frame specified by the customer.
IV. After the completion of the racking installation, acceptance will be conducted. Under normal load-bearing conditions, if there are no safety hazards, otherwise we assume all responsibility.
